Lostrac was born from a simple question: In a country of over a billion people, why is there no connected system to return what's lost?
Founded in 2012, we started as a small team moved by countless stories of loss and the rare joy of recovery. We saw that while India is digitally connected, lost items remained trapped in local silos—with a taxi driver, at a railway station, or in a café's drawer. There was no national "bridge" between those who lost and those who found.
That's the gap we vowed to fill. Today, Lostrac is India's Most Trusted Lost and Found Network—a technology-powered community dedicated to a single purpose: turning loss into reunion.
